Somnia received initial funding from MSquared, which raised $150 million from a16z crypto, SoftBank, Mirana Ventures, CMT Digital, and SIG.About the Role:As Product Marketing Manager for DreamDEX, you will own how DreamDEX shows up in the world: how it's positioned, how it grows, and how the world talks about it. You understand onchain trading and its audiences deeply - alpha groups, trading communities, and professional traders and you can translate that understanding into messaging that resonates with them. You'll work closely with Product, and the Head of Marketing to make DreamDEX the go-to platform for professional capital trading.What you'll ownPositioning & Messaging: Own positioning, messaging, and narrative for DreamDEXOwn positioning and messaging for DreamDEX across its core retail audiences: alpha groups, trading communities and professional tradersCraft a differentiation story grounded in real product strengths such as CEX-grade execution onchain, zero protocol fees, yield-bearing collateral & native agent supportSimplify a deeply technical product narrative: explain how the platform works for both professional traders and for traders coming onchain for the first timeGo-to-Market & LaunchesLead GTM for new launches, product capabilities, and ecosystem features, from brief through to post-launch measurementBuild repeatable launch playbooks consolidating learnings across channels - KOLs, events, community, content, social and PRPartner with Product to shape the roadmap based on user insights, customer feedback and community trends for maximum launch impact and efficiencyCompetitive & Market IntelligenceBe the team’s expert on the onchain derivatives, CLOB landscape, and emerging platforms - including trends, trader insights and market takeawaysTurn that intelligence into positioning, product recommendations, and growth tacticsTrack sentiment and report on how DreamDEX is perceived by trading communities, retail, and professional tradersAdoption, Retention & EnablementScale the DreamDEX distribution engine through growth and retention tactics such as community leaderboards, yield based rebates, and referral mechanicsEstablish DreamDEX as the default venue for professional capital onchain; drive awareness and education of what it enables and deliver on adoption goalsSupport BD team with key assets - decks, one-pagers, proof points that win market makers, institutional desks, and KOLsWhat we're looking for5-7 years in product marketing or a closely related role, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Web3, or a consumer fintech/trading productExperience with retail trading products or exchanges, and a genuine understanding of how order books, derivatives/perps workProven ability to own positioning and messaging for a product or protocol and execute GTM campaigns across channelsTrack record of leading product launches end to end, with measurable resultsStrong grasp of crypto-native culture and communities, including X, Discord, and Web3 platformsHighly analytical, comfortable defining and tracking growth, retention, and adoption metricsExcellent writer who can simplify complex technical concepts into compelling narrativesComfortable operating hands-on in a fast-moving environment with significant ownershipYou will stand out if you haveWorked at or marketed a perps or retail trading platform, or exchange (CEX or DEX)Experience marketing both a consumer finance product and pro-trader productFamiliarity with rewards and tokenomics programmes in Web3An existing network across retail trading, KOLs, or the broader crypto trading community.Why Join Somnia?Design The Future: Join Somnia to work remotely with a global team, earn competitive compensation with token incentives, and help build the future of Web3 at a company where your impact truly matters.First of its Kind: Make Somnia famous as the only hyperspeed L1 with native AI inference.High Stakes: Influence a brand targeting a $1M+ launch budget in the 2026 peak-fragility market.Incentives: Competitive salary + tokens.Role LocationThe role is remote, but we are looking for someone based on a UK-friendly timezone (+/- 4 hours).Reporting LinesThis role reports directly to the GM for Prophecy and functionally to the Head of Marketing, Somnia Foundation.
