Oso is looking for a Founding Sales Hire to join our team in New York. As a founding sales hire, you will work closely with Oso's founders to lead pipeline growth by building our outbound strategy, experiment with cold calling, emailing, social selling, and other techniques, develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging, identify prospecting tools to research and target prospects, qualify leads, build champions, understand budget, timeline, and close deals. We hire more for character than experience and are looking for individuals with infinite drive, hustle, laser focus, and motivation by purpose and hard work.
