It would help if you were a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and an expert in technological development. You will work directly under the CEO and act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company. Requirements: ✅ + 5 years of software development/architecture experience. ✅ + 4 years of managerial experience. ✅ Experience building enterprise great-level software. ✅ Experience designing a scalable e-commerce application. ✅ Experience in web technologies like react, Node.js, docker, MongoDB, etc. ✅ Advanced technological skill set and a demonstrated history with technology. ✅ Exceptional team management skills. ✅ Excellent verbal and written communication. ✅ Ability to delegate efficiently. ✅ Extensive industry knowledge with an eye toward the future. ✅ Master's degree in computer science or related field. ✅ MBA preferred.
