The role involves helping clients and coworkers with their IT problems, setting up new devices, performing software installs and upgrades, working on projects like server deployments, network setups, and VoIP migrations, and traveling to customer sites for on-site support. The successful candidate will be able to communicate empathetically and clearly, remain calm under pressure, have natural troubleshooting skills, and have a desire to grow personally and professionally. Previous MSP experience is a plus. Responsibilities: - Help people having problems with their Mac, PC, or smartphone, network, server, or virtual environment - on the phone, by email, and in person - Help coworkers out with challenges that require some extra brains - Setup new Macs, PCs, and smartphones - Perform software installs and upgrades - Work on projects like server deployments, network setups, and VoIP migrations - Help people sort out issues with email and web hosting - Travel to customers sites and perform on-site support
