As a Manager of FP&A, you will be a key contributor in a high-growth environment by providing financial planning and analysis. You will interact with company leaders daily and have a large impact within a growing FinTech organization. You will report to our CFO, and bring financial and strategic insights to drive operational performance. Responsibilities: - Lead and perform financial analyses for a variety of strategic decisions including Annual Operating Plan, M&A, strategic investments, partnerships, and capital market transactions - Construct detailed ad-hoc analyses (scenario modeling, sensitivity analyses, and contingency planning) to support the internal investment decision-making process - Maintain and use an NPV model to help value new clients - Support growth by enhancing the valuation model and conducting model back checks - Add new variables to the model inputs and improve the model matching algorithm - Create and maintain models to forecast operational volumes and lead efforts to develop the company’s annual budget - Play a significant role in the preparation of board materials and reporting to facilitate effective decision making - Develop and maintain key reports used to monitor the company’s performance - Lead and develop a team of finance professionals - Other duties as assigned
