We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Expert specializing in the Automated Test Framework (ATF) to lead and enhance our automated testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow, with a strong focus on implementing and managing automated test cases to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Requirements:
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
* Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, and HTML for customizing and developing ServiceNow solutions.
* Experience with other automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, to complement ATF.
* Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments, supporting iterative testing and continuous integration.
* This role requires bilingual candidates in English and Spanish / English and Portuguese.
Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement automated test cases using ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF) to ensure robust testing and quality assurance.
* Configure and customize ATF to align with testing requirements and business processes.
* Execute automated tests, analyze results, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve application performance.
* Create and maintain detailed documentation for test cases, test scripts, and testing procedures.
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive test automation strategy, including creating reusable test components and establishing best practices for automated testing.
* Integrate ATF with other testing tools and frameworks as needed to enhance testing capabilities and streamline processes.
