Business Analyst at DevCare Solutions

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The Business Analyst will analyze processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiency, implement solutions, and support organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives. * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications. * Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis for proposed solutions. * Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT teams. * Identify process improvements, gaps, and risks. * Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations for stakeholders. * Support testing, validation, and deployment of solutions. * Create reports, dashboards, and documentation to support decision-making. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field. * Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. * Familiarity with business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques. * Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Skills and Attributes: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work collaboratively across teams. * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. * Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and relevant BA tools (JIRA, Confluence, SQL, etc.).
