Who we are looking for...We are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager (PM) who will be responsible for owning the strategy and execution of our Clinical Data and Interoperability verticals. You will play a foundational role building our data infrastructure alongside our engineering team in order to measure how our product improves Health Equity at scale. You will also lead our interoperability strategy and deepen CareMessage integrations across key EHRs.We need a teammate who is a quick learner and a strong communicator with a passion for delighting our customers who support some of the most vulnerable patients in the US. A proven track record of owning product verticals at B2B SaaS Health Technology companies in the realm of Data and InteroperabilityProven growth trajectory as a product manager: 2 or more product management rolesDemonstrated ability to self-identify and independently solve problems within a product development team (product, design, and engineering) to improve processes, collaboration, and/or team deliveryExtensive experience with healthcare data and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, etc.) and electronic health records.You have an interest in working remotely (Our entire company has been remote since 2019!)You have a commitment to building and fostering diversity and inclusion within the teams you have worked with (We have a global team and you will regularly collaborate with people from a variety of walks of life)Compensation DetailsThis role is currently set at a senior level role, equivalent to someone who has held a handful of Product Management-related roles in the past.
