We are looking for a Financial Operations Manager to join our team and be a part of our mission to Change Mobility for Good. As a Financial Operations Manager, you will be involved in the creation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing, as well as monitoring vendor accounts, bank reconciliation, and balance sheet reconciliation. You will also be responsible for managing intercompany reconciliation, supporting local audits, and understanding EC intrastat and VAT. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in English is required, and a working knowledge of Hungarian and/or Polish is a plus. Responsibilities: - Involvement in the creation of the monthly-, quarterly- and year-end closing - Creating and releasing accruals - Monitoring vendor accounts and master data - Bank reconciliation in various currencies - Reconciling on a monthly and quarterly our balance sheet accounts - Analysing, understanding and commenting our local and group P&L - Managing our Intercompany reconciliation - Assisting with our prepaid expenses and amortization schedules - Supporting the GL team during month end - Main point of contact and support for our local audits - Understanding EC intrastat and VAT - Monitoring vendor accounts and master data
