Shipt, Inc. is seeking a full-time Machine Learning Engineer to drive the development and deployment of key AI initiatives and services. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative STEM field, along with 24 months of experience in software development. This role requires expertise in Big Data Technologies, machine learning model deployment, Python API development, cloud computing services, and fundamentals of Computer Science. The salary for this position ranges from $147,368 to $214,410 per year. This is a hybrid position, allowing the candidate to work from the company’s San Francisco address or from their home address within commuting distance, as authorized by a manager. Limited travel to company offices may be required. Responsibilities: - Drive the development and deployment of key AI initiatives and services - Work on personalization, price optimization, promotion optimization, and ad tech platform - Utilize expertise in Big Data Technologies, machine learning model deployment, Python API development, and cloud computing services - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality, efficiency, security, and affordability of AI initiatives and services
