We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team, reporting to the Lifecycle & Retention Manager. This role will support the management of Wisp’s email and SMS tactics using knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM to facilitate successful customer-facing communications. We are seeking a creative, data-driven, passionate marketer who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Create briefs following best practices for campaigns including product launch promotions, general campaigns, behavioral flows and transactional emails - Collaborate closely with social team on content calendar alignment, and creative team on engaging customer-facing email design and SMS content - Build and implement email and SMS marketing campaigns in Wisp’s email service platform, including proofreading, link checking and inbox QAing - Segment campaign audiences based on customer behavior and relevance to increase customer engagement and monitor campaign deliverability - Analyze campaign performance, suggest improvements and report on sales revenue generated from email and SMS marketing efforts - Identify strategies to grow email & SMS list while managing list cleansing and maintaining database health
