We are looking for a foundational Sales Growth Manager to help us launch our go-to-market efforts at Diagrid. Our sales are currently founder-led, and they bring unparalleled dedication and industry expertise. We’re looking to expand with entrepreneurial talent to partner on enterprise sales and business development. As a Sales Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new enterprise-level clients and expanding the relationships with current clients. You will have the rare opportunity to influence the strategy of our nascent go-to-market team and represent the ‘voice of the customer’ internally at Diagrid. This role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the US. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets, with a focus on acquiring new customers within the developer community. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and act as the main point of contact for client inquiries. - Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights and use this information to inform sales strategies and positioning in the market. - Work closely with the customer success, product, and marketing teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives. - Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of Diagrid's solutions.
