As Our Director of Sales, you will be responsible for leading our team of Account Executives to expand Tropic’s customer base among the fastest-growing companies in tech. You will hire and develop a team that we hope will become a benchmark for all sales teams. You will also work with the rest of the sales leadership team to build a truly world-class organization. Responsibilities: - Recruit, hire, and train the best Account Executives - Develop your team to hustle responsibly and go that extra mile to close every time - Provide a leadership presence on late-stage sales calls to support your team - Collaborate with and advise our Sales Development, Sales Ops, and Enablement teams - Provide regular business updates to internal stakeholders
