Your Role – Senior Business Development Associate You’ll own the frontlines of Kira’s commercial expansion: - Identify & Close Strategic Partnerships: Source and secure high-value relationships with banks, fintechs, and enterprise platforms that can embed Kira’s payment infrastructure. - Drive Market Expansion: Map and prioritize growth opportunities in key Latin American markets, balancing speed with regulatory and operational realities. - Shape the Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with Product and Operations to translate partner needs into scalable solutions and product features. - Manage Deals End-to-End: From pipeline generation and first contact through due diligence, negotiation, and launch. - Represent Kira Externally: Attend ecosystem events, demo days, and industry roundtables as an ambassador of our vision. - Track Performance: Maintain visibility into partnership performance and deal health through CRM and internal dashboards. What We’re Looking For - 6+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales—ideally across both startups and established financial institutions. - Proven track record negotiating and closing multi-party or enterprise-level deals. - Strong understanding of fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS business models. - Skilled communicator who can adapt between executive-level and technical conversations. - Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable operating with autonomy, ambiguity, and urgency. - Based in Colombia, with English and Spanish fluency required.
