Requirements:
* We are looking for someone willing to work 8 hours a day.
* Fluent in English (oral and written).
* Customer Service or Cold Calling experience of at least 6 months is required.
* Willing to commit to work at least 1 year with the company.
Responsibilities:
* Will be responsible for calling those who have expressed interest in the event to confirm their RSVPs to the “live” event.
* Additionally, you will offer support to agents by providing reports and guidance to ensure the success of their events.
