For us, Culture is Our Strategy—check out our Culture Memo to dive deeper into what makes SAFE unique.Location: Bengaluru or New DelhiLocationBengaluru or New DelhiCore ResponsibilitiesBuild a world-class scalable SaaS-based product in the area of Cyber Risk Quantification to help organizations protect themselves better from potential breachesUnderstand and analyze user needs and market trends in cyber security - leverage them to define a roadmap for existing and new productsIdeate new and enhanced features on the platform to improve overall product performance and usability.Identify business opportunities, build business cases, Interact at all levels of the organization to drive executive buy-in and executionCollaborate with the Product Design team, Scrum teams, and other stakeholders to establish timelines, workflows, benchmarks, goals, and detailed requirementsOwn and manage the entire product life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical decision-making.Built a Multi-Tenant and Cloud native architecture that can scaleIdentify the right non functional requirements of the product and evangelize the same across the development community.Identify and translate customer requirements into actionable design ideas and development needs for the engineering team to implement and enhance the platform.Ideate new and enhanced features on the platform to improve overall product performance and usability.Identify business opportunities, build business cases, Interact at all levels of the organization to drive executive buy-in and executionCollaborate with the Product Design team, Scrum teams, and other stakeholders to establish timelines, workflows, benchmarks, goals, and detailed requirementsOwn and manage the entire product life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical decision-making.Prioritize features and tasks for the product using internal tools, tracking and reviewing the product direction and current work frequentlyArticulate and evangelize product vision and roadmap across internal teams (design, engineering, business development) and external stakeholders (end users, customers) to enable collaboration and drive adoptionDefine and communicate your product’s vision, execution, and goals, and own the resultsIdentify immediate and/or upcoming user and internal stakeholder needs, then work with the team to develop a product plan that addresses themStrategically evolve and grow the existing product to constantly deliver a better user experienceEssential Skills/ Qualification/ ExperienceMasters or Bachelors in Computer Science or Information Technology from a reputed institute.5+ years of product management experience in tech product startups / digital products or e-commerce; overall experience of 10+ yearsStrong understanding of the technical communication system, especially that of a distributed architecture.Strong in observability, monitoring, performance, scalability, and resilience.Proven experience in building and launching tech products from the ground upProficient at writing requirements documents and articulating how the requirements lead to product or feature development.Solid experience in working closely with the engineering team using Agile and SCRUM methodologiesGood understanding of user experience with designing user interfaces via wireframe mockupsPrior experience in a startup / fast-paced environment is a plusCustomer focussed with a deep understanding of user life cycle and requirementsA broad understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including knowledge of cybersecurity technology trends and industrial best practices, is a plusClosingIf you’re passionate about cyber risk, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a team that’s redefining security—we want to hear from you! 🚀AI DisclosureWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
