Backed by top-tier investors such as Accel, ELEVATION, and Blume Ventures, we've raised $32M in funding, including our most recent Series B round.The RoleAs an Implementation & Onboarding Manager at Sprinto, you will lead Large SMB and Mid-market customers through their compliance journey, driving seamless onboarding and ensuring they realize the full value of our platform from day one. Acting as both a technical program manager and an infosec/privacy consultant, you’ll translate complex frameworks like NIST CSF, RBI SAR, NIS-2, or DORA into actionable programs while serving as the customer’s trusted advisor and advocate. Success in this role means delivering immediate impact through flawless execution while shaping long-term outcomes, building strong stakeholder relationships, and channeling customer insights back into Sprinto’s product evolution—ultimately reinforcing our position as the global leader in compliance automation.ResponsibilitiesOwn the Onboarding Journey: Lead the implementation and onboarding of Sprinto’s Large SMB and Midmarket customers. You’ll be the single point of contact, ensuring a seamless and successful adoption of the Sprinto platform.Be the Customer’s Infosec/Privacy consultant: Help implement new Governance / Auditing frameworks and standards regularly to our customers.Balance Vision with Execution: Help customers see the long-term vision and potential of our platform, from powerful integrations to API-driven workflows, while keeping the implementation focused on immediate, high-impact wins.Be the Voice of the Customer: Act as the critical link between our customers and our internal teams (Product, Engineering, and Sales), translating customer feedback into actionable insights that directly influence our product roadmap.Solve Complex Challenges: Proactively identify and resolve technical and process-related issues, ensuring a frictionless experience for our customers.RequirementsMid to Senior Level Expert- Candidate with 5-10 years of experience, preferably with at least 2+ years of experience in helping implement an Information security/ Privacy framework/Guideline from scratch (NIST CSF, RBI SAR, NIS-2, DORA, etc)Researcher mentality - Ability to do research and implement standards and frameworks from scratchServices DNA – Prior experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Implementation Manager, or similar services role.Proven delivery track record – Successfully led large, complex projects, ideally with SaaS or Digital Transformation projects (Ideal) or compliance/security tools.Exceptional communicator – Outstanding verbal and written communication, capable of confidently engaging senior stakeholders.Project management expertise – Skilled in project planning, execution, and navigating unforeseen challenges.Relationship builder – Strong Customer management skills, able to establish trust quickly and sustain it over long-term engagements.Professional presence – Poised, confident, and credible in customer-facing interactions.Educational background - (BE/B-tech) from a top-tier institution is highly preferred.BenefitsRemote-first policy5 days working with flexible hoursGroup medical insurance (including parents, spouse, and children)Group accident coverGroup term life insuranceCompany-sponsored laptopEducation reimbursement policyClosingCX_PODAI DisclaimerWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
