We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer – Migration Specialist to lead a large-scale Azure tenant-to-tenant migration project. This hands-on role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing cloud migrations while ensuring business continuity and compliance.
Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end Azure tenant-to-tenant migrations, including subscriptions, workloads, and resources.
* Conduct pre-migration audits of IAM, RBAC, Entra ID, and networking configurations.
* Design and implement migration strategies for test, non-production, and production environments.
* Utilize Azure Resource Mover and automation tools to ensure smooth transitions.
* Rebuild landing zones, DNS zones, and security groups in the target tenant.
* Support mailbox, SharePoint, and OneDrive migrations across environments.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and minimal downtime during transitions.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience leading Azure tenant-to-tenant migrations.
* Advanced knowledge of Azure Resource Mover, Entra ID, RBAC, and IAM.
* Strong understanding of Azure networking, DNS, and Virtual Desktop.
* Experience with workload migration planning and issue resolution.
* Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Administrator Associate.
* Experience in large-scale enterprise cloud migrations.
* Familiarity with compliance frameworks, governance policies, and automation scripting.
