Responsibilities

Responsibilities: - Draft and organize demand letters, medical summaries, case intake notes, and other legal documents in English and Spanish. - Manage communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters in both languages. - Assist attorneys with case management tasks, including updating case files, tracking deadlines, and organizing documents. - Translate and proofread legal documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy and clarity. - Support with legal research and preparation of case materials relevant to personal injury claims. - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive client information. - Must be HIPAA-certified or willing to complete certification immediately upon hire (training can be provided). Requirements: - Licensed attorney in a Latin American country preferred (will be performing paralegal-level work). - Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. - Familiarity with U.S. personal injury law and procedures is a strong advantage; willingness to learn required if not experienced - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable home office setup for remote work. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively.
