Responsibilities

About the Team: We're hiring an Operations Associate for one of our portfolio companies. This company focuses on helping startups scale their operations using a blend of AI tools and human expertise. Our team is dedicated to executing efficient processes that deliver consistent quality at scale, and the Operations team is key to building and improving the systems that make this possible. About the Role: We're looking for an Operations Associate to help define and improve how we work. This role is for someone proactive, analytical, and comfortable stepping into areas that are still being defined. You'll work on internal processes and support ongoing client projects as needed. This is a hands-on position that combines operational structure with adaptability. You'll be part of a small team where responsibilities might shift as the company grows. Your ability to work independently and improve things without being asked will truly make a difference. Responsibilities: - Execute, document, and improve workflows and internal processes across different service areas. This may include tasks like sourcing external collaborators, defining best practices, and supporting quality assurance efforts. - Find and test new tools and platforms related to automation or AI. - Help build and maintain automation flows using no-code tools. Requirements: - 2-5 years of experience in operations, consulting, or process-driven roles. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. - Ability to prioritize, take initiative, and deliver work with minimal supervision. - Comfortable wearing multiple hats, learning new tools independently, and figuring out how to apply them. - Experience working with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, etc.) to enhance daily work. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Nice to Have: - Previous experience working in startups, fast-paced teams, or tech-enabled services. - Experience working with APIs, including how to read documentation and use them in no-code or low-code environments. - Familiarity with no-code automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Airtable. Work Setup: - Based in Buenos Aires, with a hybrid work model. - Full-time contract position, paid in USD. - Small team with close collaboration and space to grow. - If you don’t meet every requirement but feel excited about the role and believe you could be a strong fit, we encourage you to apply. We value potential, curiosity, and the willingness to learn.
