NextCommerce is a fast-growing agency helping e-commerce brands scale TikTok Shop sales through affiliate marketing, influencer campaigns, and data-driven growth strategies. We handle everything from creator management to logistics and analytics, so our clients can focus on scaling their brands. We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Account Manager to join our team and help run campaigns for US-based brands. What You’ll Do: * Act as the primary point of contact for assigned e-commerce brands. * Manage TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns end-to-end. * Coordinate creators and prepare content briefs. * Monitor campaign performance and optimize results. * Oversee product sample logistics and ensure smooth fulfillment to creators. * Build and maintain campaign dashboards and reports for clients. * Collaborate closely with internal teams to execute campaigns quickly and efficiently. * Stay updated on TikTok trends and viral content opportunities to drive growth. What We’re Looking For: * Fluent English (written & spoken), comfortable communicating with US-based clients. * 2–4 years of experience in marketing, account management, or influencer campaigns (TikTok, Instagram, or similar). * Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple clients and creators at once. * Good understanding of e-commerce and affiliate marketing. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment. * Proactive communicator with a problem-solving mindset. Nice-to-Have Skills: * Experience with TikTok Shop or similar affiliate platforms. * Background in influencer marketing or social media content strategy. * Familiarity with analytics dashboards or campaign reporting tools.
