Appleseed is a behavioral agency for global development. They partner with nonprofits and funders to design solutions based on people's needs and realities. Appleseed is seeking a full-time core team member who is a seasoned and well-rounded behavioral practitioner. The team member will be a client-facing consultant, familiar with startups, and ready to lead research and strategy on client engagements, both remotely and in the field. Responsibilities: - Lead client engagements, from research to strategy development - Deliver world-class service to clients around the world - Manage client relationships and provide guidance on lean experimentation - Build a healthy culture within the organization - Train and manage other consultants assisting with service delivery - Contribute to honing the consulting model and improving margins

About Appleseed:

Appleseed Expeditions partners with educators to provide trips for students that incorporate learning, adventure and service. Our guides teach on a range of subjects in the field such as ecological sustainability, rainforest symbiosis, and leadership through service. Students have an adventurous time kayaking among bioluminescence organisms, snorkeling along coral reef, and canopy rides through the rainforest. Watch lives being changed as hope blooms when students assist our Appleseed service projects. They will be doing things like tutoring orphaned children, building daycare centers for impoverished communities, and planting coral that’s become endangered along the FL Keys.
