Requirements and responsibilities

Coordinate and lead MMIS testing efforts in partnership with system project leads and DSS IT teams. Create, document, and manage comprehensive test case scenarios. Execute testing across MMIS and related systems, ensuring full business process coverage. Review, document, and track test results; assist with defect resolution and remediation. Evaluate system impacts across interconnected applications and Medicaid programs. Maintain deep understanding of Medicaid business areas, workflows, and interdependencies. Participate in program research, analysis, planning, development, and implementation initiatives.
