In this role, you will act as a player-coach, driving sales performance, coaching team members, and leading by example to achieve and exceed revenue goals.What You'll DoLead and coach a team of inside sales agents to meet and exceed performance goalsProvide real-time feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performanceMonitor sales activity, productivity, and adherence to established processesSupport employee development through training, mentoring, and performance evaluationsAssist in driving sales initiatives, contests, and team engagement effortsTake escalated calls and support agents in closing complex opportunitiesIdentify performance trends and provide insights to leadershipSupport underperforming team members with targeted coaching and development plansMaintain a high level of product knowledge and sales expertiseWhat Makes You SuccessfulYou’ll be successful in this role if you’re a results-driven sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
