As part of that transition, we are building out a Business Operations Manager team- a group of senior individual contributors who report into the COO and operate as a shared service across the company. Each Business Operations Manager serves a specific business unit and owns a company-wide specialty. This role's specialty is marketing operations and execution.The OpportunityThis is a hands-on execution role and the company-wide expert on running marketing and product execution at scale. You will not manage people; you will own the operational engine behind our marketing campaigns, CRO testing program, product launches, and brand consolidation work. As HBI consolidates multiple legacy domains and brand presences into a single Living Well Nutraceuticals brand on our new tech stack, you will keep marketing, product, creative, tech, and customer success aligned- building campaign timelines, managing testing and launch backlogs, coordinating product rollouts end-to-end, and ensuring work ships on a predictable cadence.You will be the operational partner to the COO and marketing leadership on campaign execution, funnel performance, and product launches, and the cross-functional translator who unblocks creative, tech, and customer success when a test, campaign, or launch is stuck between teams. This is a full-time, exempt individual contributor position reporting to the COO.What You'll OwnMarketing Campaign ExecutionDrive end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, launches, and promotional initiativesBuild and manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across Marketing, Creative, Tech, and Customer SuccessRemove blockers proactively and keep work moving against clear deliverables and revenue outcomesCRO and Funnel OperationsManage and execute a backlog of CRO tests including landing pages, offers, and checkout flowsEnsure all tests are properly scoped, quality checked, and launched on timeSupport continuous optimization of funnels and customer journeys tied to conversion and revenue metricsProduct Launch and Brand Consolidation OperationsCoordinate operational execution of new offers, bundles, and funnel updates across product, marketing, and techSupport HBI's brand consolidation work- migrating legacy domains (e.g., losethebackpain.com, health and wellness tools) into our unified Living Well Nutraceuticals presence on UltraCartEnsure clean QA and go-live processes for new product initiatives and migrated assetsCross-Functional Workflow and ProcessAct as the central coordination point between Marketing, Product, Tech, and Customer SuccessBuild and improve workflows, SOPs, and execution processes that reduce friction and increase throughputIdentify bottlenecks early and drive resolution before they impact deliveryWhat Success Looks LikeCampaigns, tests, and launches ship on time and on spec consistentlyThe CRO testing backlog moves at a predictable cadence with clear outcomes trackedBrand consolidation and domain migration work stays coordinated across marketing, product, and tech touchpointsCross-functional teams have clear timelines, owners, and accountability at every stageProcesses exist and are followed, reducing reliance on heroics or last-minute scramblesWhat You BringRequired3 to 5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing project management, or program management within a DTC, eCommerce, or direct-response environmentProven ability to manage cross-functional projects across marketing, product, and tech simultaneously without dropping detailsWorking knowledge of CRO principles- landing pages, offer structure, checkout flows, and how conversion connects to AOV and revenueHands-on experience working with tech and development teams, including writing requirements, managing tickets, QA, and launchesExperience with project management platforms such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similarExperience supporting domain migration, replatforming, or brand consolidation work across marketing and product environmentsPreferred / BonusHands-on CRO testing experience (landing pages, checkout flows, offer structures)Experience with subscription, free trial, or continuity business modelsFamiliarity with UltraCart or similar SaaS commerce platformsFamiliarity with email and SMS platforms such as Klaviyo or MaropostExperience in lean, fast-paced, or turnaround business environmentsWho You AreA strong project manager who drives work to completion and keeps stakeholders alignedA systems thinker who understands how marketing, tech, and creative workflows connect, and who manages dependencies proactivelyA data-oriented operator who understands how your work connects to conversion rate, AOV, and revenueSomeone who pushes initiatives forward without waiting for constant directionSomeone with real experience navigating the operational complexity of replatforming, domain migration, or brand consolidation across systems and teamsAbout the TeamYou will be part of HBI's Business Operations Manager team- a group of senior individual contributors who report into the COO and operate as a shared service across the company.
