20four7VA is seeking a proactive Social Media Marketing VA to promote rental spaces across major platforms. This role focuses on content creation, posting, engagement, and online promotion.
Role Summary & Requirements:
Required Service: Marketing Support
Experience Level: Junior – Senior
Hours: 20 hours/week
Schedule: Monday – Friday, TBD EST
Region Preference: South America
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow social media accounts
Create and schedule posts, reels, and content
Promote rental listings consistently
Respond to inquiries professionally
Upload and organize property visuals
Assist with basic website updates (calendar, forms, e-signatures)
Improve engagement and visibility
Requirements:
Experience in social media marketing
Canva or similar tools
Knowledge of scheduling platforms
Basic website management skills
Strong communication and organization
Nice to Have:
Real estate/rental marketing experience
AI tools for content creation
Basic photo/video editing skills
