The ideal candidate should be capable of creating engaging short-form and long-form video content for social media platforms while maintaining brand consistency and meeting project deadlines.ResponsibilitiesEdit reels, short videos, promotional videos, and marketing content.Add transitions, effects, captions, motion graphics, and audio enhancements.Create engaging content optimized for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.Collaborate with the Social Media and Content teams to understand project requirements.Deliver creatives within the assigned timelines.Incorporate feedback and revisions as required by the client and internal team.Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and quality standards.RequirementsProven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio.Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.Understanding of social media trends and video formats.Basic knowledge of motion graphics and visual storytelling.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Knowledge of AI-based video editing tools will be an added advantage.Compensationcompensation is as per approved creative (based on complexity and quality).Regular project opportunities for consistent performers.Opportunity to work with multiple brands and industries.
