COGENT Infotech is expanding its US Healthcare Staffing team and is seeking experienced Healthcare Recruiters who have supported State and Federal healthcare clients across the United States.Key Responsibilities:Full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, closure)Work on State and Federal healthcare requirementsSource candidates across multiple healthcare specialtiesManage multiple roles and meet deadlinesMaintain candidate pipelines and engagementCoordinate with stakeholders and hiring managersRequirements:3–5 years of experience in US Healthcare StaffingExperience supporting State and Federal clientsStrong sourcing and screening skillsGood communication and stakeholder managementTechnical Recruiter – US Staffing (W2 & IT Roles)Key Responsibilities:Handle W2 requirements and IT rolesHire for positions such as Java Developer, .Net Developer, DevOps Engineer, Data Architect, UI/UX, SDET, Full Stack Developer, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Systems AnalystDevelop sourcing strategies using job portals and networking platformsMeet recruitment SLAsCoordinate with business units and hiring teamsManage contract, permanent, and C2H rolesRequirements:Experience in US IT RecruitmentHands-on experience with W2 hiringUnderstanding of US visa types (US Citizen, GC, etc.)Experience with JobDiva, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilderAbility to manage multiple requirementsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field)3–5 years of experience with US Public Sector or State clientsExperience in sourcing, cold calling, and resume databasesAdditional Expectations:Strong understanding of recruitment fundamentalsAbility to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environmentGood communication and interpersonal skillsStable work history📩 Send your resume to: vani.sharma@cogentinfo.com
