We are currently at a pivotal growth phase and are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy marketing professional to help us overcome our current financial bottleneck and scale our team of clinicians.About the Role:Our Client is seeking a high-energy Marketing Specialist (Virtual Assistant). This is not a passive task-taking role; they need a strategic thinker who understands the American healthcare landscape and can proactively drive lead generation. You will be responsible for translating the clinical expertise of the Client into a digital presence that attracts the "right fit" clients—specifically those seeking therapy and testing rather than medication management.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at first responder agencies and healthcare professionals.Content Creation: Craft compelling content including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates that resonate with our target audience.SEO Management: Optimize website content for search engines to enhance visibility for relevant keywords related to mental health services for first responders.Social Media Engagement: Manage social media platforms, creating engaging posts that drive awareness and interaction among followers.Analytics and Reporting: Analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.Audience Segmentation: Identify and segment target audiences to tailor messaging specifically for different groups, including agencies and individual first responders.Networking and Outreach: Develop relationships with potential referral sources, including healthcare providers and first responder agencies, to expand our reach.Collaboration: Work closely with our team to align marketing efforts with overall practice goals and client needs.Qualifications & SkillsExperience: Minimum 2+ years of experience marketing for American-based companies (Healthcare or Service Industry preferred).Technical Savvy: Current with modern marketing technologies and social media algorithms; ability to use AI tools to optimize workflow (but not rely on them for core creativity).Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills. While primarily a creative role, you must be comfortable making occasional outbound "warm" contacts to build referral relationships.Mindset: A "shark" mentality—proactive, aggressive in pursuing visibility, and capable of working without constant micromanagement.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.Monitoring Tools: Open to using monitoring tools like Hubstaff.Work schedule: Monday to Friday, availability during EST business hours.Target start date: ASAP.
