And the company is so big that nobody at the top really knows your name.That is not this.iNX Commercial Cleaning Solutions has been serving the Greater Los Angeles market for nearly 25 years. We are a family-owned commercial cleaning franchisor with over 350 clients across 450 locations, and we are growing quickly. We have not had a dedicated Business Development Manager in the LA market in almost eight years. That means the territory is wide open and it is yours to build.Here is what makes this different. When you bring a qualified prospect to the point where they are ready for a first-time consultation, you hand it off to our inside sales team. They handle the scoping, pricing, and proposal. You go back to doing what you are actually good at: building relationships, attending events, and finding the next opportunity. No getting pulled into bid work. No chasing down proposals. Just selling and relationship building, the way it should be.And the pay structure is different too. No commission. No moving targets. No feast and famine. We pay a straight salary of $110,000 to $130,000 fully loaded. When you meet and exceed your KPIs, you get a permanent salary increase. Not a one-time bonus. An actual raise.If you are currently at a company where you feel like you are fighting the system more than you are selling, come talk to us.What You Will Be DoingOwning a five-county Greater Los Angeles territory covering LA, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura counties.Targeting large commercial accounts of 80,000 square feet and above with $20,000 or more per month in recurring janitorial services.Attending IFMA, BOMA, IREM, and other industry events and building the relationships that turn into real business.Partnering with 20 to 25 of our top existing accounts to identify opportunities for expanded services, additional locations, and deeper relationships, without being responsible for day-to-day account management.Working with a tight knit inside sales team that handles everything behind the handoff.What We Are Looking ForYou have been in the field. You know how to get past the front desk, build a relationship over time, and turn a cold introduction into a long-term client.You have sold services to facility managers, operations directors, or property managers and you know how to build a territory without someone holding your hand.Two or more years of outside B2B sales experience in facility services, commercial cleaning, or a closely related industry.Active in IFMA, BOMA, or similar organizations, or genuinely ready to be.A real network in Greater LA or the track record to build one fast.Self-motivated, field-first, and comfortable owning your day.What You Get$110,000 to $130,000 fully loaded salary including base salary$500 monthly auto stipendcompany-paid fuel via Amex carda dedicated client engagement budget for lunches, events, and relationship buildingFull medical, dental, and vision benefitsOptional 401kFlexible PTOAnd the chance to grow with a company that is expanding into 25 new markets across the United States.This is a family business.
