We are looking for a Medical Billing Specialist — Psychiatry (End-to-End Revenue Cycle) to join our team at The Coordinators. This is a fully remote role supporting a high-volume behavioral health practice. In this role, you will manage the full revenue cycle, including charge entry, claims submission, insurance follow-ups, denial resolution, and collections. You will ensure accurate coding, timely billing, and consistent revenue tracking while maintaining clear communication with patients and the internal team. Responsibilities: - Perform accurate charge entry using ICD-10 and CPT codes for psychiatry services. - Manage patient collections and follow up on outstanding balances. - Communicate with patients regarding co-pays, balances, and billing inquiries with professionalism and empathy. - Handle insurance follow-ups, claim rejections, and denial resolution. - Verify patient eligibility and benefits prior to services. - Support billing for specialized services, including Spravato (esketamine) and TMS. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records across systems. - Provide timely updates and reporting on billing activity. Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in psychiatry or behavioral health billing is a must. - Required experience with Practice Suites billing software. - Familiarity with Tebra EMR is preferred. - Experience with charge entry, collections, accounts receivable, and denial management. - Strong understanding of ICD-10, CPT codes, and insurance workflows. - Excellent written and spoken English with clear, professional communication. - Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with patients regarding billing and payments. - High level of professionalism, integrity, and respect in patient interactions. - Willingness to learn and grow professionally. Schedule and Compensation: - Schedule: 40 hours per week, aligned with practice hours. - Pay Range: $1,000 – $1,400 per month. - Equipment: Bring your own device.
