Details:You will own the client relationship from onboarding through renewalThat means leading biweekly check-in callsReviewing campaign performance weeklyFlagging issues before clients notice themDriving every renewal conversation without being askedProactiveness, follow-through, and drive are key in this role.You will manage roughly $25k-$40k+/mo in client revenue across a portfolio of accounts at different retainer sizesThis is not a ticket-queue CSM roleYou will work directly with Savannah Howard (Head of Sales) and me.About us:Beanstalk is a done-for-you outbound agencyWe handle cold email and outbound systems end-to-end for 25-30 B2B clients at a timeSmall team, fully remote, high ownership, no fluffWhat we're looking for:2+ years in account management or customer successStrong communicator, client-facing every daySelf-directed, able to manage multiple accounts without micromanagementMinimum 5-hour overlap with ESTBonus - Big plus if you have:Experience across B2B GTM channels (outbound, paid ads, content, cold calling)Background at a B2B marketing or outbound agencyComfort with AI tools and platforms like ClayFeel free to apply even if you don't have all the bonus requirements!P.S.
