Requirements and responsibilities

Compensation: - USD$200k base (activates on close of seed). - 6–8% equity, 4-year vest, 1-year cliff. - Co-own the cap table from day one. Responsibilities: - Close the USD$1M pre-seed and lead the Series A narrative. - Land the Founding 100 Creators and Founding 20 Brands. - Own brand-side GTM and revenue. - Build org design, hiring, culture. - Represent ISL publicly — investors, press, partners, regulators. Qualifications: - 6+ years operating in marketplaces, creator economy, or two-sided platforms. - Have raised institutional capital before (pre-seed through Series A). - Genuinely fluent in emerging-market creator dynamics — not theoretically interested, lived it. - Have shipped product as an operator, not just managed decks. Bonus: - Relationships with Slow, Atelier, M13, a16z, or strong regional funds (LATAM, Africa, SEA, MENA). - Operator time at Patreon, Substack, Beatport, Bandcamp, Splice, Linktree, or similar.
