For more information, visit www.joinstatus.com.About the Role:The Sr. Influencer Marketing Strategist is responsible for helping enterprise clients maximize the performance and impact of their micro-influencer marketing campaigns through Statusphere.This role combines campaign execution in the Statusphere platform, strategic reporting, social media trend research, competitive intelligence, and strategic consulting to help clients achieve their influencer marketing objectives. Working closely with Customer Success Managers, the Sr. Influencer Marketing Strategist develops deep expertise in assigned brands and the Statusphere platform, leveraging platform capabilities and best practices to maximize campaign performance and client outcomes. The Sr. Influencer Marketing Strategist is responsible for transforming campaign performance data, industry trends, and competitive insights into actionable recommendations that help enterprise clients improve future micro-influencer campaign performance and maximize ROI. This role will report to the VP, Customer Success.What You’ll Do:Campaign Strategy & ExecutionBuild, launch, and manage influencer marketing campaigns within the Statusphere platformTranslate client briefs into campaign configurations, targeting criteria, deliverables, and platform requirements, ensuring accurate campaign setup within the platformEnsure campaign setup accuracy and launch readiness by partnering with cross-functional teams prior to launchManage campaign updates, optimizations, and operational changes throughout the campaign lifecycleTranslate strategic concepts into practical messaging toolkits and enablement resources to be used across campaigns, sales, and marketing materialsPartner with Customer Success Managers to support successful campaign executionBuild compelling, client-facing presentations and narratives that clearly articulate campaign valueReporting & Strategic InsightsDevelop campaign performance reports, supplemental analyses, and executive-ready summariesAnalyze campaign performance, creator performance, content trends, and engagement metricsSynthesize campaign data into strategic narratives and actionable strategy, digital marketing, customer success, account management, or related fieldsExperience managing influencer or creator campaigns from planning through reportingExperience analyzing campaign performance and presenting insights to stakeholdersExperience working directly with clients in an agency, SaaS, marketing, or consulting environmentExperience with tools like HubSpot, Airtable, Gong, Notion, and Google SuiteExperience creating reports, recommendations, and strategic presentationsEnterprise client experience preferredPreferred Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Business, Journalism, or a related fieldEquivalent professional experience will be consideredTravel: Typically, 20% for client and team meetings.
