Our flagship test, NavDx, is a breakthrough blood-based DNA test for HPV cancers, clinically proven and already trusted by thousands of physicians and institutions across the U.S.OpportunityThis is a newly created role — the first of its kind at Naveris — and a meaningful opportunity to shape what an Associate Territory Manager looks like at a high-growth diagnostics company. You will report directly to and work alongside the Regional Portfolio Manager for Florida, supporting one of the company’s highest volume territories.This role is designed for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a foundation in oncology diagnostics sales. You will start with a heavy focus on sales operations and account support, with a clear path toward taking on more direct commercial responsibility over time. The expectation is not to replace field activity — it’s to make the territory run better and grow faster.Job ResponsibilitiesSales Operations & Territory AdministrationManage and resolve problem log cases related to test orders, sample issues, and account discrepanciesUpload, maintain, and monitor territory data in Salesforce CRM with accuracy and consistencyEnsure mobile phlebotomy orders are placed, tracked, and completed on timeAssess and manage expired kit inventory across accounts; coordinate replenishment as neededProvide structured territory reporting and field feedback to the Regional Portfolio ManagerAccount Support & EngagementSupport onboarding, workflow integration, and sustained NavDx® utilization at existing accountsServe as a day-to-day resource for office staff, nurses, and administrators on ordering processes and logisticsMonitor account-level test utilization trends and surface drop-offs or growth opportunities to the senior repBuild and maintain relationships across the full care team to keep accounts active and engagedCommercial Development (Growth Path)Assist with prospecting activity, including identifying new accounts and gathering data on target physiciansSupport field initiatives for new NavDx® indications (Anal Cancer, NavDxGyn™) at existing accountsJoin and eventually lead clinical conversations with providers as experience growsEngage with ENT / Head & Neck Surgeons, Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, and Colorectal Surgeons under the direction of the Regional Portfolio ManagerRequirementsCollege degree required. Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline preferred.0–2 years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, or a clinical/administrative-facing roleExposure to oncology, molecular diagnostics, or surgical specialties preferredStrong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage high-volume tasks across a large territoryComfortable working independently and taking ownership of follow-throughProficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred) and standard business softwareValid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned Florida territory-50%+ travelHighly organized, process-oriented, and dependable — you get things done without being told twiceA self-starter who is energized by building something new and figuring out what worksClinically curious with the drive to grow into a field-facing commercial role over timeStrong communicator who can manage expectations with both internal teams and external customersCompetitive and accountable — you care about the numbers and your contribution to themCompliance ResponsibilitiesHealth Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) is a federal law that describes the national standards to protect sensitive patient health information from being disclosed without the patient’s consent or knowledge.
