You will provide in-depth interview-based consulting on local market entry requirements, regulatory frameworks, and compliance strategies.ResponsibilitiesConduct structured interviews addressing market entry laws, investment approval processes, and regulatory compliance in your jurisdiction.Advise on documentation, timelines, licensing requirements, and best practices.Support clients in identifying barriers, anticipating risks, and interpreting recent regulation changes.Respond to follow-up queries and provide brief written summaries if requested.RequirementsMinimum 8 years' experience in legal or regulatory compliance roles.Expert knowledge of current market entry and foreign investment requirements.Excellent communication and analytical skills.Proficiency in English and local language.Previous experience as an independent advisor is preferred.
