Requirements and responsibilities

Catalyst Precision Health is hiring a Growth & Partnerships Assistant to support the founder and the growth function day to day. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role: you will keep our partnership and PR pipelines organized, run structured research, build target lists, and prepare first drafts of outreach and materials for the founder to review. You will work closely with the founder, learn the full stack of a fast-growing health business, and have a clear path to take on more hours and responsibility as you prove yourself. This is a great fit for someone early in their career who is organized, writes well, and likes seeing tasks through to completion. What you'll do: Partnership & Growth Coordination: - Keep the partnership CRM (HubSpot or similar) clean, updated, and accurate. - Research and compile target partner lists by geography and segment (gym owners, personal trainers, functional medicine providers, wellness brands). - Draft first-pass outreach emails and follow-ups for the founder to review and send. - Run a simple, consistent follow-up cadence so no partner falls through the cracks. - Prepare and format briefing documents ahead of partnership calls. PR & Outreach Support: - Build and maintain target media lists (publications, podcasts, and journalists covering men's health, performance, and longevity). - Research journalists and draft first-pass pitch emails for review. - Track coverage and help repurpose hits into social and partnership materials. - Coordinate logistics with external PR vendors when engaged. Research & List-Building: - Run competitive and market research (peptide clinics, TRT providers, adjacent brands) and organize findings into clean summaries. - Gather and organize patient outcome data into draft case-study templates for review. - Help prepare and format materials for partner and advisor calls. - Take notes on calls you attend and log the follow-up items. Who you are: - Organized and detail-oriented, with strong written English and a genuine willingness to learn. - You write emails that feel human, warm, and clear, and rarely need to be rewritten. - You like following a process and seeing recurring tasks through to completion. Must-have qualifications: - Professional written and spoken English. - 1–2 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, marketing, or support role. Recent graduates with strong writing are welcome to apply. - Comfortable learning and using modern tools: Google Workspace, Slack, a CRM (HubSpot, Close, Pipedrive, or similar), and project tools like Notion or Airtable. - Comfortable asking clarifying questions up front and then following through reliably. - Discretion and good judgment with business-sensitive information. - Reliable and responsive during your working hours, and proactive in communicating when timelines shift. Nice to have: - Prior experience supporting a US or European founder or team. - Experience in health, wellness, performance, or a medical-adjacent business. - Light copywriting or content skills. - Basic design sense (Canva, or Figma for quick visual tasks). - Exposure to partnership or business-development outreach. Logistics: - Engagement type: Independent contractor. - Paid biweekly via Deel or Wise in USD. - Hours: 10 hours per week to start, with a clear path to 20-40 based on performance and business growth. - Compensation: $10-$12 per hour USD, based on experience and assessment performance. - Timezone overlap: Minimum 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern Time per working day. - Location: Remote. Based in Colombia strongly preferred. - Trial period: 60-day trial with a formal review at day 60, with honest two-way feedback. How we hire: - We keep the process fast and respectful of your time. - Apply via Torre, including three short written questions. - First interview: 30-minute video call with the founder. - Paid take-home assessment: 2–3 hours of focused work. We pay $75 flat on submission, regardless of outcome, because your time has value. - Final interview: 45-minute video call to walk through your assessment and talk about fit. - References: two conversations with prior managers or clients. - Offer: we aim to go from first interview to offer in under two weeks. How to apply: - Apply through Torre and answer all three screening questions thoroughly. - The quality of your answers, especially the short email in question 3, matters more than the length of your resume. - If you are the right person, this will be one of the most interesting and fastest-growing roles you've had. - We look forward to hearing from you.
