Our goal is to design and build solutions that reduce confusion, provide clarity, support decision making, and streamline the process so that we and our partners can focus on providing better health outcomes by improving patient care and reducing costs and burden.About the RoleThis role is designed specifically for recent college graduates (class of '25 or '26). No other candidates will be considered. While it focuses on using technology to solve challenges in healthcare, it does not require any specific background in computer science or AI. Critical thinking, creativity, and initiative are just as valuable as any technical proficiency.We are building a fast-moving, AI-driven team focused on rapidly prototyping and deploying solutions that push healthcare technology forward. As a technology associate, you will work shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced engineers, product leaders, and healthcare technology experts to turn ambitious ideas into working prototypes — in weeks, not quarters.While this is a role designed for recent college graduates, this is not a passive learning role. You will be given real problems, real data, and real accountability from day one. If you are energized by ambiguity and driven to make an immediate impact, this role is designed for you.After 9 months of work, high-performing associates will be offered direct consulting roles with an expected ~20% salary increase.What You Will DoCollaborate with an AI-first team to rapidly prototype innovative healthcare technology solutionsExperiment with emerging AI tools, large language models, and automation frameworks to accelerate development cyclesWork on solutions touching FHIR-based data exchange, digital quality measurement, and next-generation clinical workflowsTranslate complex healthcare challenges into working proof-of-concept applicationsParticipate in iterative design sprints, presenting prototypes to internal stakeholdersIdentify opportunities where AI can drive measurable impact and advocate for those ideas with dataWhat We Are Looking ForRequiredcandidates who have completed a college degree within the last 18 months (any discipline considered)Strong technical aptitude — you do not need to be a software engineer, but you must be genuinely comfortable with technology and eager to go deeperDemonstrated curiosity about AI tools, including hands-on experimentation with LLMs, automation, or AI-assisted workflowsPassion for solving hard problemsStrong communication skills — able to explain technical ideas to non-technical audiencesComfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where requirements evolve rapidlyNice to HaveCoursework or project experience in health informatics, computer science, data science, or a related fieldFamiliarity with FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) or healthcare data standardsExperience with Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar languagesPrior internship or project work in a healthcare, biotech, or health-tech environmentFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or API-based developmentSecurity Clearance RequirementsUS Citizenship or Green Card only - we do not offer SponsorshipUS Residency for at least the past 3 yearsAble to meet the requirements to hold a position of Public Trust, including successful completion of a US Government background investigationDisclaimer: Medical or recreational marijuana use is considered illegal at the federal level, regardless of state laws allowing such, and may affect your ability to obtain Public Trust.
