Location: Remote / Work from Home Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Weekends Off) Base Salary: $1000.00 per month + bonus Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and Jr. Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is responsible for recruiting independent contractors across the United States while supporting the hiring and onboarding process from start to finish. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, recruitment experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit business partners throughout the United States, as opposed to employees. - Create, post, and manage job requisitions in different sourcing channels. - Screen contractor profiles, websites, and reviews. - Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on hiring status. - Communicate relevant information throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. - Maintain accurate and timely recruitment activity reports. - Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams. - Perform additional recruitment and administrative duties as assigned. Requirements: - 3rd-year or higher bachelor's student in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. - Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal). - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting. - Proactiveness.
