Job Description: About PlacidWay: PlacidWay is a USA-based global medical tourism marketplace connecting patients with accredited, trusted, and high-quality medical providers worldwide. As a leader in the medical tourism industry, PlacidWay helps patients access affordable treatments abroad while supporting providers with technology-driven solutions, digital tools, and global exposure. Our mission is to make healthcare more accessible, transparent, and patient-centered through innovation and world-class service. This is a fully remote position. Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Customer Service Sales Representative to support patient and client acquisition within the medical tourism sector. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer interactions, guiding prospective patients through the sales process, maintaining strong client relationships, and consistently achieving individual performance and conversion targets. If you have strong B2C and B2B sales experience, a background in BPO or service-oriented environments, and a passion for helping customers while closing deals, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to PlacidWay’s global growth. Key Responsibilities: Client & Patient Relationship Management: - Build and maintain positive relationships with patients and prospective clients. - Serve as a key point of contact to ensure clear communication, excellent customer service, and a smooth patient journey. - Guide prospects through the decision-making process and support successful sales conversions. Sales Pipeline & Lead Management: - Manage assigned leads and daily sales activities to ensure timely follow-ups, accurate CRM updates, and effective movement of prospects through the sales funnel. - Maintain strong pipeline discipline and consistent customer engagement. Revenue & Target Achievement: - Consistently meet or exceed individual weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and conversion targets. - Follow established sales strategies and contribute to overall revenue growth. Sales & Customer Support Execution: - Handle the full customer interaction process—from initial contact and qualification to follow-up and closing. - Respond to inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the process. Communication & Negotiation: - Use strong communication and interpersonal skills to understand customer needs, answer questions, address objections, and support successful deal closures. - Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions. CRM, AI & Sales Tools Usage: - Utilize CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and AI-powered sales tools to manage leads, track interactions, update records, and improve productivity and response times. Performance Tracking & Reporting: - Monitor individual sales performance, lead activity, and conversion metrics. - Provide updates and maintain accurate reporting within company systems. Process & Workflow Improvement: - Follow established sales and customer service processes while proactively identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall sales effectiveness. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service sales, inside sales, or a client-facing sales role. - Strong experience in B2C and B2B customer service and sales. - Background in BPO, call center, or service-oriented industries. - Proven ability to meet sales targets and close deals. - Experience with cold calling, outbound sales, and lead follow-up. - Familiarity with sales KPIs, CRM systems, and pipeline management. - Hands-on experience with CRM platforms. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - English language proficiency is a must. What We Offer: - Competitive base salary with performance-based increases. - Quarterly commissions and bonus programs. - Paid Time Off (PTO) to support work-life balance. - Continuous training, feedback, and professional development. - Access to advanced CRM and AI-powered sales tools. - Long-term growth opportunities within a global medical tourism leader.
