This role spans the full deal lifecycle including sourcing, diligence, financial modeling, deal execution, and closing – with a particular emphasis on building and managing the sourcing pipeline. The Senior Manager will be expected to develop market maps; identify and screen targets; cultivate relationships with potential targets and other members of the ecosystem; and drive pipeline momentum; while also contributing hands-on to transaction diligence from day one.This is an execution-oriented role suited for a high-potential professional with ~5 years of experience in private equity, VC / growth equity, corporate development, or investment banking. This Senior Manager will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership to evaluate opportunities, assess strategic and product fit, and determine financial and operational impact. Sourcing and pipeline development will be the largest share of this person’s time initially, but the role requires competency across the full transaction life cycle.
