With a vast population of MBBS students- including both NEET-PG aspirants and USMLE candidates- India represents a major growth opportunity for AMBOSS.Campus Communications Manager will be AMBOSS's feet on the ground in India, owning the regional strategy end-to-end: identifying which institutions to prioritise, building relationships with students and medical student societies and key opinion leaders, designing and executing on-campus/ off-campus events, and sharing market knowledge back to the larger team.They will work alongside the existing India team to grow AMBOSS's presence across the country. This role should excite candidates who like being out in the field, who have a personal connection to Indian medical education, and who enjoy operating with a high degree of autonomy and ownership over their region.You will:Represent AMBOSS at roadshows, events, and conferences, and travel across the country for in-person presenceBuild and maintain relationships with students, medical student societies, and professors at universities across IndiaTrack event performance, gather student feedback, and share on-the-ground insights with the rest of the teamPlan, organise, and execute on-campus and off-campus events, conference presentations, webinars, and student workshopsCoordinate with the broader India team on regional execution and reportingDuring no travel periods, support with user engagement communicationsYou bring:A medical background, ideally a Medical Doctor who graduated from an Indian university, or equivalent, with deep familiarity with the Indian medical education system; having appeared for NEET-PG is a plusStrong public speaking and presentation skills, with comfort presenting to student audiences and engaging with university stakeholdersTactical skills- ability to adapt your approach, outreach style, event format, or timing based on your audienceWillingness to travel up to 50% of the time across your region within India for conferences, campus events, and university meetingsFluency in English and; working knowledge of Hindi or another major Indian language is a plusYou enjoy:Being out in the field at campus events, conferences, university corridors and networking with peopleBuilding genuine relationships with students and facultyWorking with a distributed team across India and internationallyWe believe that diversity is a powerful driver of innovation and progress.
