You work directly alongside a Retention Strategist to bring lifecycle strategies to life, building campaigns and flows, managing the content calendar, briefing designers and copywriters, and making sure every email that goes out is on-brand, on-time, and error-free.This is not a strategy role - but it's the role that makes strategy real.
