Our work involves identifying and recruiting exceptional talent for some of the most interesting startups in the market.We operate as a small, high-performing team and are looking for a sharp, curious, and detail-oriented Talent Intelligence Associate to help us identify and map talent across the startup and tech ecosystem.This is a part-time, flexible role (10–20 hours per week) and is ideal for someone who is highly organized, research-driven, and interested in startups, technology, and talent.What You’ll DoThis role is focused on talent research and market mapping. You will:Build target company lists for specific roles (e.g., product managers at Series B fintech companies)Identify and research candidates from target companiesMap teams and org structures within startups and tech companiesTrack talent movement (who is joining, leaving, getting promoted)Maintain and organize candidate data and talent listsWrite short candidate summaries and research notesSupport recruiters by building long lists of high-potential candidates for searchesThis Role Is a Fit If You:Are highly detail-oriented and organizedEnjoy research, patterns, and understanding how companies and teams are structuredHave strong written communication skillsAre curious about startups, technology, and businessCan work independently and follow detailed instructionsAre comfortable using LinkedIn, Google, spreadsheets, and learning new toolsTake pride in being thorough and accurateNice to Have (Not Required):Interest in startups, venture capital, or techExperience with research, journalism, consulting, or campus organizationsExperience using LinkedIn, Airtable, LLMs or spreadsheets for research/projectsWorking Style & Requirements10–20 hours per weekMust be available for team collaboration during core business hours (flexible scheduling otherwise)Reliable computer, internet connection, and a quiet, professional work environmentWhy This Role Is InterestingYou will get a behind-the-scenes look at how startups hire executives and senior talent, how teams are built, and how the tech ecosystem works.
