About Us:Comebck Pakistan is an AI-powered career accelerator program designed to help professionals and students navigate career transitions, upskill, and land high-impact roles in a competitive job market.The Role:We're looking for an organized, proactive Revenue Operations Intern to support the day-to-day running of our program. You'll be the backbone keeping things smooth as we scale our cohorts and partnerships.What You'll Do:Manage cohort logistics: coordinate participant onboarding, track attendance, handle scheduling conflictsMaintain documentation and systems: update participant databases, organize cohort materials, create process docsSupport program delivery: prepare resources, track assignments, monitor participant progress through the programHandle admin tasks: manage email workflows, schedule meetings, take meeting notes, follow up with action items.Engage warm leads and manage touchpoints across the funnel to drive high conversion rates.Coordinate with stakeholders: liaise between team members, coaches, and participants to keep things alignedProcess and data management: enter data, audit records, flag discrepancies, keep spreadsheets organizedCreate and update materials: help with simple docs, checklists, templates as neededResearch and support: pull competitor data, research new tools, test new processes before rolloutWhat We're Looking For:Strong organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable with spreadsheets, docs, and basic project managementProactive problem-solver who flags issues earlyClear communicator (written and verbal)Reliable and self-motivated (remote requires that)Experience with programs, nonprofits, startups, or operations a plus but not requiredLogistics:Time Commitment: 15-20 hours/week (flexible scheduling)Location: RemoteCompensation: TBD based on experienceDuration: Ongoing (rolling basis, can start immediate)To apply, fill out this Google form: https://lnkd.in/g9dVTXrTAnd if you'd like, you can optionally drop me a message with a short note on why you're interested and your availability.
