Experienced B2B Closer - Commercial EV Fleets (Caribbean & Central America, Remote, Commission-Only)JMK Auto Group LLC is a U.S.-based master distributor of commercial electric vehicles - cargo and refrigerated vans, light trucks and last-mile delivery vehicles - selling to fleets that want lower fuel and maintenance costs.We're looking for a closer, not a lead generator. You've run deals with several decision-makers and turned qualified opportunities into signed deposits. You'll take over live pipeline and bring your own.What you'll own:- Moving qualified fleet deals from proposal to deposit- Working the full buying team: operations, procurement, finance and maintenance- Answering price objections with total cost of ownership and ROI, not discounts- Setting up pilot units and phased rollouts that grow into full fleet orders- Keeping the pipeline current in HubSpot CRM every dayRequirements:- A proven record of closing B2B deals in commercial vehicles, fleet, heavy equipment, logistics or capital sales. You must be able to show verifiable closed deals, with unit counts and deal values.- Experience selling to corporate fleets, government or tender buyers- An active network of decision-makers in the Caribbean and/or Central America- Fluent English; Spanish strongly preferred- Able to manage yourself, keep the CRM up to date and work remotely without supervisionCompensation:- Commission only, paid per unit, with no cap- A volume bonus, plus a higher per-unit rate once you pass a cumulative unit threshold- A 30-day performance review, then a longer-term agreement for closers who deliverWhat JMK provides:- Pricing, commercial documentation and a U.S. distributor behind you- LHD and RHD vehicles from multiple brands- Free quarterly fleet training for your clients, plus guidance on charging and infrastructure- Regional parts support: our Trinidad warehouse is in its final stages
