If you are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and want the flexibility of working remotely, we’d love to connect.What You’ll DoAs a Telehealth Provider, you will deliver comprehensive virtual care via scheduled and on-demand phone or video visits.Responsibilities Include:Conduct Annual Wellness Visits and E/M virtual visitsPerform new patient evaluations and follow-up consultationsManage chronic conditions and support remote monitoringAssess patient conditions and review medicationsProvide comprehensive consultations and evidence-based care recommendationsBuild strong patient rapport through effective communicationAccurately document medical records in the EHR systemMaintain compliance with telehealth and CMS requirementsParticipate in remote training sessions and workflow updatesYou will be supported by a collaborative virtual care team to ensure efficient, high-quality care delivery.What We’re Looking ForRequiredFor Physicians (MD/DO):Board CertifiedActive, unrestricted medical licenses in multiple statesMedicare participating physician (or willing to become one)Telehealth experience preferredStrong documentation and patient communication skillsFor Nurse Practitioners:Active, unrestricted NP license (multi-state licensure strongly preferred)Experience providing preventative and/or primary careTelehealth experience preferred but not requiredStrong patient engagement and documentation skillsRequired for All ProvidersExperience using EHR systems and telehealth platformsComfort conducting both phone and video consultationsStrong digital fluency and ability to navigate multiple systemsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAvailability aligned with virtual clinic scheduling needsMust become CMS credentialed within our practice (if applicable)Work Location RequirementThis is a remote U.S.-based position. Employees must perform all work physically within the United States. International work is not permitted during scheduled work hours.Work Environment This is a remote position and may be “on camera” at any time. The Bilingual Telehealth Provider will work from a home office, requiring reliable internet connectivity and a secure, private workspace.Technical Requirements:Computer:Windows or Apple (macOS) Computer ONLY (NO Chromebooks, Linux Machines, or Smartphones)Must have at least Windows 10 or macOS 14 Sonoma.Hardware: Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD Equivalent (Windows); Apple Silicon (Macs)RAM: 16 GBHeadphones: Wired headphones required for optimal audio quality. (NO built-in mics)Internet Speed: Meet minimum internet speed requirements (100 MBPS download speed and 50 MBPS upload speed). Must have an ethernet cable connecting computer directly into router.Browser and System: Use Google Chrome with Amazon Workspaces (regardless of computer type).Webcam: A webcam is required for video calls. Most laptops have a built-in webcam, which is acceptable.
