We’re building the AI Growth Engine that powers the next generation of consumer brands.We’re looking for an AI & Automation Lead to own the roadmap behind that transformation—identifying the highest-leverage opportunities across the organization and turning them into scalable AI systems, agents, and automated workflows.You’ll operate at the intersection of AI, engineering, automation, and business transformation, leading both the technical decisions and the team responsible for taking AI from opportunity to production.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute the AI automation roadmap across the organizationMap and redesign end-to-end processes to unlock automation opportunitiesIdentify and prioritize high-impact (20/80) leverage pointsBuild or orchestrate AI agents, LLM workflows, and automation systems (RAG, APIs, pipelines)Define governance, monitoring, and performance frameworks for AI systemsDrive cross-functional adoption across Product, Marketing, Ops, and DataLead technical decision-making, balancing innovation with scalability and reliabilityEstablish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to measure impactImprove workflows to accelerate time-to-production (2x speed)Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing AI team5+ years leading high-performance tech teams in dynamic environmentsStrong experience in AI/ML systems (LLMs, APIs, automation workflows, MLOps)Proven ability to design scalable architectures and distributed systemsHands-on experience with tools such as LangChain, AWS, FastAPI, Node.js or similarStrong systems thinking and ability to connect technology with business outcomesData-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs and performance metricsComfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environmentsExcellent communicator, able to translate complex AI concepts into business valueStrong ownership, prioritization (20/80), and execution skills
