Responsibilities
High-impact individual contributor role on the backend engineering team for an AI-native platform.Design and build intelligent systems for observability, architecture modeling, and AI-driven recommendations.Requirements:4+ years of backend engineering experience in high-growth startups or tech companies.Proven experience in designing scalable, distributed systems and microservices architectures.Expertise in Go or Python with a focus on clean, maintainable code.Experience with data pipelines, observability systems, and monitoring infrastructure.Hands-on experience with DevOps tooling and cloud-native technologies.Familiarity with LLM-based systems and AI workflows.Track record of building systems from inception in startup environments.Skills in performance tuning, debugging, and technical architecture design.Experience with fault-tolerant workflow design in mission-critical services.Strong computer science fundamentals; graduate-level education is a plus.Benefits:Base salary: $160,000 to $200,000 USD annually, plus equity.Fully remote work environment.
