Works under the general supervision of the Area Engineer to manage and oversee construction projects at military installations, U.S. Army Reserve Centers, and civil works sites. Directs field and office engineering functions, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and in accordance with plans and specifications. Supervises a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and administrative staff. Resolves construction issues within delegated authority and provides recommendations on matters requiring higher-level decisions. Reviews contractor performance, project reports, and completed work to ensure quality and complianceMinimum Education RequirementEngineering: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in engineering. The program must: lead to a degree in a school with at least one program accredited by ABET.
